Home and daily life: English by topic

Home and daily routine come into almost any conversation about yourself. At A1 there are routine verbs (to wake up, to get dressed, to brush your teeth) and rooms and furniture (kitchen, wardrobe, sofa, stairs). A2 deals with housework: to vacuum, to tidy up, to make the bed, to take out the rubbish. B1 moves on to housing and renting: landlord, tenant, deposit, flatmate, to move in. These words will help if you rent a flat abroad, look for a flatmate or describe your home in a lesson.
